While basic points tend to be similar, the article discusses the need for a written agreement, the filing of a claim, the selection of arbitrators, the award rendered, and other similarities and dissimilarities with the American practice.

William Karl Wilburn is a partner in Seyfarth, Shaw, Fairweather & Geraldson's Construction Practice Group in the law firm's Washington, D.C. office.
