1. REVIEWED ACTIONS FROM THE 10 JANUARY MEETING.
 a. Proclamation. The proclamation was approved with three modifications (remove a comma, use current date, and the Term of Office is staggered 3-years).
 b. Transmit Proclamation. Brian Cubbage will prepare the Proclamation with a signature sheet. Above CICC members are asked to provide Brian their electronic signatures. Brian will transmit the signed Proclamation to each Association representative for discussion, as appropriate, at their next Association meetings.
 c. CICC Membership. Brian will contact Robert Wible, NCSBCS Executive Director, 703-481-2035,  to consider joining CICC.
 d. CICC Member Bio. Two members sent bios to Harvey Kornbluh, the other CICC Members are asked to do it now.
 e. CICC Questionnaire. Harvey Kornbluh has not received your approval to send out the CICC Questionnaire. Please reply to Harvey at hk@cbrmag.com

2. DISCUSSIONS. There was discussion about CICC Members’ Association efforts toward improving professional practices. Much work is underway on enhancing association websites and adding content to better educate their respective members. CICC Members are actively encouraging their memberships to use the electronic media and focus on processes to bridge education gaps. There was some concerns expressed about the lack of uniform definition of terms and lack of interoperability to seamlessly access data and information. All of the above directly addresses CICC’s Questionnaire.

3. NEXT MEETING. William Baum volunteered to host the Tuesday 9 July 2002 CICC Meeting at AIA Headquarters. An agenda and directions will follow.
