CCIC has provided consulting services around the world on all types of
projects for all types of clients. Our services have been used in connection
with projects throughout the United States and in Canada, South America, the
Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand, the Far East, the Middle East, and
Eastern Europe. CCIC's clients include owners, contractors, construction
managers, design professionals and their insurance carriers, sureties,
subcontractors, suppliers, and their counsel.
Small Projects and Mega-Projects
CCIC has provided consulting services in connection with matters which range
in size from a $50,000 subcontract claim to a claim on a nuclear power plant
of several hundred million dollars which was offset by a counterclaim of
over 1 billion dollars. We have provided these services on the following
